Digital readability is the overall ability of a digital presence to be found, understood and correctly represented through its pages, content, proof, entities and public surfaces. It concerns humans, search engines and AI systems that reconstruct an understanding of the organization.

Agentic readability adds an operational requirement: an autonomous agent must be able to use that understanding. It must find the right resources, understand available actions, preserve context and complete a task without critical ambiguity.

The second does not replace the first. It is the dimension of digital readability that applies to autonomous agents. A site may be readable as a body of information while remaining fragile when an agent tries to compare services, select a journey, complete a form or interpret a confirmation.

The strategic digital readability diagnostic determines whether the problem affects the overall structure, AI representation or a more localized agentic weakness. The Digital Readability and Agentic Readiness page explains the complete relationship between both dimensions.
