Data collected

Forms (contact and diagnostic)

When you submit a form, the following data is collected:

  • Name, email address, organization
  • Message or brief content
  • IP address (for anti-abuse security purposes)

Purpose: to process your request and respond to you.

Retention: data is transmitted by email and is not stored in a database. It is retained in Pagup's mailbox for the time necessary to process the request.

Legal basis: explicit consent (checkbox on the form).

Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, an analytics service that:

  • Sets no cookies
  • Collects no personal data
  • Does not track users across sites
  • Only measures aggregate metrics (page views, performance)

No consent is required for this service.

Anti-abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a validation solution that verifies submissions come from a human. Turnstile may collect limited technical data (browser fingerprint) for security purposes only. This processing is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cookies

This site does not set any tracking, marketing or profiling cookies. No cookie consent banner is necessary.

Strictly necessary technical cookies may be used by Cloudflare infrastructure (security, routing). They do not contain any personal data.

Data sharing

Form data is transmitted via Resend (transactional email service). No data is sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.
