An agent-friendly form is a form whose intent, fields, constraints, errors and consequence are understandable without implicit human intuition.

It should expose real labels, coherent name attributes, required states, useful help messages, field-associated errors, a precise CTA and an explicit confirmation.

The goal is not to design for robots at the expense of humans. The goal is to remove ambiguity that harms humans, assistive technologies and agents.
